Jesus will not return until the Jewish People are
Jesus will not return until the Jewish people that are ordained unto eternal life have accepted Jesus as their savior. Do you find this disturbing? We should be disturbed because this statement is true. I am about to share some information with you that will sound like a fairy tale to many of you. The reason it will sound like a fairy tale is because it is a teaching that is not commonly taught. God wants to use you and me in this work and personally I want to be a part of it, even if it is just a small part.
As I go into this information I would like to ask you to ask God concerning what I am telling you. I believe that if you do, you will be surprised to see that the Holy Spirit and the Word of God supports what I am sharing. This last day work is going to be very dramatic and very important, so important that millions of lives and souls are dependent upon us being willing to do what God wants us to do.
Our first and most important work to do for God is of course what we call "the great commission." The word "commission" is a word that describes a community work together to accomplish a particular mission. Break it down into two words "com" and then "mission" and you get the idea. A commission is something that we should all be involved in. And we are to be involved in the Great Commission to take the Gospel to the World.
As the time draws closer to the end it is imperative that we as Christians realize that there is something that God wants us to do. Millions are sitting around with their thumbs on the rapture button waiting to wave good-bye to everyone as they leave. And because so many are focused on getting their portion of this worldís goods before they leave it is hard for many to see the great calling of God on their lives. Heavenly things are out of view, the cares of this life has blinded the Church. Somehow millions of Christians have managed to justify themselves in a self-seeking way that is unparalleled in the history of Godís Church.
There are millions of people in this world that have never heard the gospel. If we believe that the world is hearing the gospel through the television preachers that we support, then we are certainly not paying attention to what they preach. Just because they are able to hear TV preachers doesnít mean they hear the message of salvation. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God but if we only preach on spiritual walk and prosperity or healing, we are not preaching the way to get to Heaven. We must preach how to get in the door in order to be saved and that is only through the cross of Jesus. Although TV ministries go to the whole world it doesnít mean that the whole world is being taught how to be saved. We must return to the preaching of the cross in order to reach the lost.
In the midst of all of these problems and obstacles of getting the Gospel to the whole world it is interesting to note that there has been very little evangelism when it comes to reaching the Jewish people. There is a mountain of things that cause the Christian people to ignore the responsibility to take Jesus to the Jew. Some of the most common is that because the Church has replaced natural Israel and have become spiritual Israel that there is no reason to take the Gospel to the Jew, God is through with them. This is wrong theology and rooted in anti-Semitism and hatred for the natural seed of Abraham. The Kingdom of God which is the Church is both Jew and Gentile therefore it is all inclusive and without respect of person. We are one people in Christ and have need of one another.
Another belief that is destroying evangelism to the Jew is the belief that since God called them "His Chosen People" in the Old Testament that they donít need to be saved. But the reality is that the Church of Jesus Christ today is God's chosen people and his elect, the sons of God. It is a fact that there are many good Christians with a view in total agreement with men like John Hagee and those that seem to support Israel. They believe that Israel has itís own covenant with God and that it is a waste of time to share Jesus with them. They believe that we should just be their friends and not witness to them that theyíll be ok. With this idiotic view these poor people are condemned to destruction because of our stupidity. All must come through Christ to be saved both Jew and Gentile. This is what brought Israelís destruction of the city of Jerusalem in 70AD. They rejected Jesus and he told them that this would happen to them if they didn't accept him. It was the judgement of God on the nation but had they called on him and believed He would have stopped it from happening.
The real problem in Israel is that as long as they reject Him there is always going to be a separation from God. This is why there is no peace with their enemies. This is what Jesus said, Matthew 23:
37: O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38: Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39: For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
There are three things to consider in this statement.
- That he would have protected them like a mother hen does her little chickens under his wing if they would have allowed him to do so.
- Because they rejected him they would be desolate. This does not mean that their land would be a desert but that their hearts and souls would be like a spiritual desert because of this rejection.
- That they would never see him again until after they have accepted him as the true Messiah. This means that there is to come a time that they will say blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord. This is referring to Israel recognizing and believing that Jesus is the Messiah sent from Heaven itself. He isnít coming back until they accept him as the Christ, not before as some teach. But they will accept him before he comes back because we know that he has promised to come back.
The belief that the Israel isnít going to accept Jesus until the very moment that he comes back is a deadly poison because it plays right into the hands of the Devil. It causes people to see no reason to take the Gospel to the Jew. It is a difficult job to reach the Jewish people with the Gospel and this discourages many from even trying to reach them. But I believe that Jesus isn't coming back until they believe. I believe that this will only happen by the Church sharing Jesus with them. At the present time there are number of Jewish people that have been saved but I just can't help but feel that there will be a lot more saved than there are at the present time. It will take lots of prayer and lots of love from the Christians in this world to see this happen. Many try to use scriptures out of Zechariah to prove their theology on this but I tell you that what is spoken in Zechariah is an allegory to show how the Jewish
people will feel when they come to Christ and are saved.
These are the scriptures that they stand on:
Zech:12:10: And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.
Zech: 13: 6: And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.
Notice in verse 12: 10 that it says that he would pour upon the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and supplications this is speaking of God granting repentance and accepting Jesus to be saved. Then they look upon him. It is the same thing that happens to us in the spirit when we are born again. Jesus gives us grace to come to him and repent through the drawing of the spirit and it is not until this happens that we are able to see him in the spirit. And that is what these scriptures are talking about. Jesus told Nicodemus that a man could not see the kingdom of God until they are born again. This is what happens: the Jewish people repent, accept Jesus and after their eyes are opened they then feel the regret and pain of realizing that their nation rejected him. This is why they mourn. It is with regret that they hadn't accepted him earlier.
One of the reasons it is so hard to reach the Jewish people is because of the persecution that they have received in the past from so-called Christians. You see the so-called Christian has a terrible past when it comes to the Jew. A real Christian would not have done what has been done to them in the name of the Lord. But it has happened and all of us get the blame for it. When the Crusaders went to deliver Jerusalem during the crusades they were commanded to kill every Jew they could get their hands on by the Pope at that time. They did what they were told to do thinking that it was Godís will.
The holocaust was caused by some of the terrible things that Martin Luther wrote concerning the Jews. Hitler took these things along with his writings and caused the extermination of the Jews in the name of God. All this was done without the opposition of the Catholic Pope at that time. Satan has always blamed the Jew for everything that has gone wrong down through the centuries. So-called or misguided Christians have done a tremendous amount of damage and it causes the people of Israel to be on guard around us. When we come preaching Jesus they have to get beyond what has happened to them at the hand of what they believed were Christians.
Itís hard and it is going to take prayer in order for God to change their minds. This is the reason God said that he was going to give them the spirit of grace and supplication because he will have to do it. But, this is the reason he wants us to pray and to be supportive to the Jewish people. When the time is right God will give us the opportunity to share Jesus to help them accept him as their savior. Many have already received Christ in America and across the world as well as in Israel itself. But we still have a long ways to go before Christ will come back. The salvation of both Jew and Gentile must be in large enough numbers that he concludes all of Israel saved. Then he will return, but not until.
The salvation of the Jews began in Christs day but over time it has been very slow to happen. Today in places like Russia and America we have seen a change, but in Israel itself it is not growing very fast. It meets a lot of opposition by atheist and orthodox Jews that feel that Christianity is perverting their nation. Understanding what the Bible has to say about the suffering of Israel during the last days opens the eyes of those that are willing to see. If we are tied down to denominational teaching we will never see it until it happens. The Bible calls this time that I am talking about as the time when Zion travails. In Isaiah 66: 8 it says as soon as Zion travailed, she brought forth her children. This is speaking of the same time period that Zechariah spoke about when he said that God was going to give Israel the spirit of grace and supplication. This all happens during Israelís distress. Israel bringing forth her children is revealing that many sons and daughters would be born from her by the Spirit of God. They would have a lot people born again by the Spirit. This will be her time to come to Christ to be saved.
Because of the dual covenant theory that has created dispensational teachings much of the Church is blinded to the truth. With this belief we are totally blind to the fact that another stumbling stone is created to cause more blindness. It conveniently removes us, the Church, from any obligation to help the Jewish peoples and that is exactly what the Devil wants.
God is going to use people to rescue and provide the things that the people need in order to survive when darkness fills the world because of the spirit of anti-Christ. It is during this time that they will finally come to Christ being taken care of and being fed the Gospel by Christians that love them and that are able to share with them what is going on. It will be the time that God gives them the spirit of grace and supplication. After they are saved many will share Jesus in the last few years that they have on this earth before the return of Christ.
It is your choice to either stand with Jesus or stand with the false
teachings of preachers that have no heart or desire for the salvation of Godís children the children of Israel. Start praying and get prepared because what lies just ahead of us is going to be one of the most dramatic moments in the history of the world. The Exodus from Egypt is going to pale compared to the winning of Israelís souls to Christ. The Exodus was just a shadow of the true deliverance that is coming to Israel. Jesus isnít coming back until the Jews, the remnant of the nation of Israel, accepts him as lord. According to Isaiah
they will be in the rapture and resurrection of the Church as well, so we have our work cut out for us to do. So letís begin by praying and praying, sharing and sharing that God has a plan for Israel that is not being told.
While writing to the Romans, Paul said that it was the desire of his
heart that Israel would be saved (Romans 10:1). He loved Israel
so much, it was his family and he wanted to see them accept Jesus as their
Savior. Their continued rejection of the Gospel caused him much concern
and grief, but Paul also knew that God would not always hold Israel in
blindness. Knowing this, and understanding God's plan for Israel gave him
hope. He knew that God would someday save Israel, and he also knew that it
was God's plan to use the Gentiles to bring Israel to the cross. This
caused him grief on top of grief, because the Gentile Christians had no
burden for the salvation of the Jews. In fact, they had a heart problem
The Gentiles in Paul's day believed that God preferred themselves to
the Jewish people. They believed this so much that they were boasting
about it. It is sad to know that many Gentile Christians still believe
this today. Paul was so provoked over this belief that he warned the
Gentile Church. He warned them that God could cut them off, just as well
as Israel, if they didn't stop this kind of thinking. In Paul's letter to
the Romans he made an appeal to the Church, to help him reach the Jew with
the Gospel. He knew that it was God's plan for this to happen. Paul had
many things to say about this in Romans the 11the Chapter.
Romans 11:31: That through your mercy they may obtain
Romans 11:5: Even so then at this present time also there is a
remnant according to the election of grace.
Romans 11:7: The election hath obtained it, and the
rest were blinded.
Jesus said, concerning Israel, For many are called, but few are
chosen. What was it that determined the elect? How did Jesus choose
out of Israel? If all were called, then why were they not all chosen? He
only came to those who were looking for redemption.
If they were content to live the way they were, He left them in
blindness. But, God loves Israel, and they are still in His plan of
salvation. Even though there was a remnant saved at that time, God
concluded all of Israel in unbelief that He might save the whole
In Romans 11:11, Paul told us that God had saved the Gentiles in order
that Israel might become jealous and receive Christ. It was God's hope,
even then, to save as many of Israel as He could. The Gentile Christian,
at that time, had power with God, through prayer, to reach great numbers
of Jewish people, but they did not love the Jewish people enough. We,
through prayer, have power with God in reaching souls.
When Jesus settled the score on Calvary, it was His hope that, through
the saving of the Gentiles, or the rest of the world, the Gentiles would
appreciate what He had done so much that they would reach Israel. It is
the same hope that He has in us today! We are in God's plan for Israel's
Many of our teachers today try to teach that Israel will be saved
through the Law and animal sacrifice. After having once experienced the
blood of Jesus taking away our sins, how could we ever believe that the
blood of goats or bulls could ever be enough to bring salvation to anyone,
whether it is Jew or Gentile?
In Romans 11:16-24, Paul began to show us a mystery that should open
our eyes and hearts to the will of God. He told us the Jew was the natural
branch that had been cut off, and that the Gentile was the wild olive
branch, that had been grafted in. He warned the Gentiles that God could
cut the Gentile off as well. Why was he warning the Gentile? Because of
the Gentile's pride. It is only pride that says the Jew is not worthy of
salvation. Any hatred for any man, let alone the natural olive branch, the
Jew, could cost you your soul. Our effort to save the Jew should be with
the utmost urgency. God is depending on us.
Romans 11:12: Now if the fall of them be the riches of the world,
and the diminishing of them the riches of the Gentiles; how much more
Romans 11:15: For if the casting away of them be the reconciling
of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead
There are only two ways we can look at these scriptures. One would be
that at the time Israel comes to their fullness by being saved that the
resurrection and the Rapture will take place. This would seem to be a
reasonable assumption, except, we know that the Jews in Israel will not
accept Jesus until sometime during the last 3&1/2 years of the
tribulation. If it means that, then the Rapture cannot occur before the
tribulation begins. What could it mean?
The other possibility would be that since God turned to the Gentiles
because of Israel's unbelief, that at the time the Jews do come to Christ,
God would bless the Gentiles in a greater way than ever before. And, this
is exactly what He is saying. Well, either way you go; this puts the
rapture after these things occur; God will not leave Israel out of the
Rapture. Paul was simply saying that if the casting away of the Jew caused
salvation to come to the Gentiles, then at the time the Jew does come to
God, the blessing of salvation will be so great, that it will bring world
revival to the Gentiles!
In Romans 11:25-26, Paul said:
For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this
mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness
in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come
in. And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come
out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from
Paul was not saying that after the Gentiles are saved that God would
then turn to Israel. He was saying that the fullness of God would come to
the Gentiles when Israel is no longer blind. Then both Jew and Gentile
will share the burden of the Gospel. This will no longer be the Gentiles
Bear in mind what Paul had already said concerning Israel's fullness.
He was saying that the Gentiles would be blessed even more when Israel is
saved. He is speaking a mystery. There is no such thing as a
Gentile dispensation and a Jewish dispensation. But, there is one
dispensation of grace and it is called "the dispensation of the
fullness of times". It is in this dispensation, the time that we are
now living, that the fullness of times will come to an end. A time that
God will bring us to that says that time shall be no more. From the cross
to his return from heaven. In the following verse in Ephesians there are
two things to notice. One is the dispensation of the fullness of times,
the other is that he might gather together all things that are in him.
This means that during this time he will gather all men, both Jew and
Gentile, in heaven or in earth together. Remember, one dispensation, not
Ephesians 1:9-10: Having made known unto us the mystery of
his will, according to his good pleasure which he hath purposed in
himself: That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might
gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in
heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:
Romans 11:30: For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet
have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:
Romans 11:31: Even so have these also now not believed, that
through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.
Paul continued to reveal the mystery. He was saying that the Gentiles
had received salvation because the Jew refused to believe the Gospel.
After Paul explains how we were grafted in he goes on to reveal God's plan
for Israel's salvation. What is it? It is that the Gentiles, through the
mercy of the Lord Jesus that He has placed in their hearts, will take the
Gospel to Israel. And, when they do, God will remove the blindness so
Israel can be saved. It is our responsibility! If there were two separate
dispensations, then the Gentiles would have to go back to unbelief in
order for Israel to obtain mercy. But, he did not say that through your
unbelief they would receive mercy. But, that through your
mercy they may obtain mercy. In Isaiah God shows the
Gentiles taking the Gospel to Israel and them receiving it as newborn
babies in the laps of the Gentiles:
Isaiah 60:16: Thou shalt also suck the milk of the
Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt
know that I the Lord am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of
Here, God shows Israel sucking milk. Paul called the pure Gospel the
milk of the Word. This is the scripture he saw concerning the Gospel. He
called it "milk." The Gospel in its purest form, without the poison of so
called special revelation. The Gentiles, taking the Gospel to Israel. He
called us priests and kings, taking Jesus to the Jew, the deliverer who
would turn Jacob from ungodliness. In Isaiah he also told us a prophecy of
Israel when they are born-again and have accepted Jesus as their
Isaiah 61:6-7: But ye shall be named the Priests of the Lord: men
shall call you the Ministers of our God: Ye shall eat the riches of the
Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves. For your
(Israel) shame, ye shall have double; and for their (Gentile) confusion,
they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore, in their (Gentile) land,
they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto
Remember what Paul said in Romans 11:12:
Now if the fall of them be the riches of the
Paul obtained this revelation out of the book of Isaiah. The riches of
the Gentiles are the wealth of salvation that we have in Jesus. In this
scripture, we see Israel receiving Christ from the Gentiles, and God
giving them a double portion, so they, themselves, can become ministers of
the Gospel, also. And, because of the confusion that the Gentiles
experience in trying to reach Israel in a last minute scramble, He gives
them a double portion in their own lands. He saves their nations! He gives
Israel a double portion because of the shame that she has carried down
through the ages. In Zechariah 9:12 we see this promise concerning
Zechariah 9:12: Turn you to the stronghold, ye prisoners of hope:
even today do I declare that I will render double unto
He said that men would call Israel the ministers of our God. Israel
will reach the world with the Gospel in a way that we have never been able
to. They will reach our children, our cities, our towns, and God's power
will be with them to do the work. It will be a short work, but God uses
them to bring in the fullness of the Gentiles. We will bring in the
fullness of the Jews.
Zechariah 8:23: Thus saith the Lord of hosts; In those days it
shall come to pass, that ten men shall take hold out of all
languages of the nations, even shall take hold of the skirt of
him that is a Jew, saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that
God is with you.
Now, let us see a prophecy of this in Isaiah 66:10-13,
concerning the Gentiles:
Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love
her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her: That ye may
suck, and be satisfied with the breasts of her consolations; that ye may
milk out, and be delighted with the abundance of her glory. For thus saith
the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, and the glory
of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be
borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees. As one whom his
mother comforteth, so will I comfort you; and ye shall be comforted in
The glory of the Gentiles is JESUS. We also see the Gentiles as little
babies being carried on her hip, and sitting on her lap while sucking her
breast. This is newborn Gentiles as babes receiving the Gospel from
Israel. Hallelujah, God save Israel! In the hour that all of this happens,
the Church all over the world will have a great burden for souls. It shows
the desire for this in Isaiah.
Isaiah 4:1: And in that day seven women shall take hold of one
man, saying, We will eat our own bread, and wear our own apparel: only let
us be called by thy name, to take away our reproach.
The greatest reproach a woman could have in Bible times was to be
barren, or not to have children. Here, we see the desperation of the
Church gathered around Jesus, saying, you do not have to do anything for
us except let us bear your name, and give us children to God. Could it be
the last great revival that this earth will ever see?
Paul said that through YOUR MERCY, they also might obtain MERCY.
Are YOU willing to help Israel?
Your brother in Christ
