My question is this:

1st Thessalonians 4: 16-17 explains that the Resurrection will happen at the same time that the Rapture occurs. In fact the Saints are caught up together with the resurrected dead to be in the clouds. You cannot separate the Rapture from the Resurrection.
16: For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
17: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

In Revelation 20: 4-6 we find that there is a special group of Christians that are killed for their faith in Jesus and many have their heads cut off. This happens because they refuse to take the Mark of the Beast. These are all killed during the Tribulation and are included in the first resurrection along with the rest of the Church.
4: And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5: But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.
6: Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

According to popular teaching the Rapture will happen before the Tribulation begins. How is it possible for the people that lose their heads resisting the Antichrist get into the Rapture with the other Saints? Remember: there are only two Resurrections of the dead, one for the righteous dead and the other for the unrighteous dead and these are separated by a thousand years.

Once again: Since the Resurrection and the Rapture of the dead and living happen at the same time we must realize that those that are beheaded will be in the Resurrection/Rapture as well as the rest of the Church. And since these people are killed during the Tribulation, how could the Resurrection and Rapture take place before the Tribulation?
