Did you know that
there are thousands of Jewish people living in Israel that are
believers in Jesus Christ? Most of us living in America and other
parts of the world do not realize this because the Jews who are
believers are forced to keep their faith in Jesus a secret. What is
disturbing is that when others find out that they are believers it
usually means losing their jobs and possibly friends or family! It
is distressful to know that most Jewish citizens believe that if one
of their own turns to Christ that they are traitors to Judaism. Yet,
many of these that believe in Jesus are witnessing to others risking
themselves or their family members being beaten. |

Because of the tourist trade most Christians in America do
not realize the persecution that happens in Israel over the Gospel of
Jesus Christ. A tourist is allowed to go with their group, Baptize in the
River Jordan, visit all the Holy sights and are allowed in those places to
pray and preach. But that is as far as it goes with the Government of
Israel. If you were to try to share the Gospel with someone in the streets
you would probably be warned or sent to jail. Freedom of religion in
Israel is not what we would expect. When traveling there you are only
allowed to bring one Bible with you and that is your own personal Bible.
How do we get the Bible to the Israelis? We finance their own printing of
it and they can give it to others from their side of the border. Those who
do this run a great risk of persecution by other Israelis so we have to be
as discreet as possible. Even though the risk is great they are still able
to reach some people with great success. What they need is our prayers and
Bibles or New Testaments to reach others in Israel.
The Christian
Crusade for the Salvation of America and the Nation of Israel (CCSANI.org)
has committed itself to the hope of providing a 144,000 New Testaments to
the peoples of Israel. In Israel itself and all the nations of the world.
These New Testaments will be translated to Hebrew, Russian, Spanish and
other languages in order to reach all of the Jewish people that we can.
Why 144,000? It is only symbolic of the 144,000 who will take the Gospel
to the world during the Tribulation period. But, when we reach 144,000 New
Testaments we are going to keep giving until Israel is saved.

Debtors
to all men We are debtors to all men
because Christ died for all men not just Israel. Had he not done
this then none of us could be saved. It is the same with the Israel
as well. They were under the covenant of the Law and under bondage
to it. The New Covenant came to save the whole world not just the
Jew. When Christ came with the New Covenant of Liberty he delivered
it to Israel first so that they could share the Gospel with the rest
of the world. Because it was God’s will to save all men the New
Covenant was given to Israel first. This caused Israel to feel that
they owed the world a debt and those that were able set out to share
the Gospel with the rest of the world. In other words Christ was
saying I have come to you first and given you the wonderful gift of
life eternal and a covenant of mercy. Now that you (Israel) have
found mercy you owe the rest of the world a debt and that debt is to
share the gift that you have received with them. They did share
it through the Gospel. Paul said it like this In Rom.1.
14: I am debtor both to the Greeks, and to
the Barbarians; both to the wise, and to the unwise. 15: So, as much as in me is, I am
ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also. 16: For I am not ashamed of the
gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every
one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the
Greek. |
|
God is asking us to do
this! Romans 11:30: For as ye
in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy
through their unbelief: 31: Even so have these also now not
believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain
mercy.
Paul was saying that Israel had been held in blindness
with only a remnant being saved down through the centuries, but that
it is God's intent that we should give them the Gospel in these last
days so that both Jew and Gentile will both be saved. He holds us
accountable.
We truly hope that you will find it in
your heart to help us with this outreach. May God bless and watch
over you.
