The following is an allegory about Israel receiving the Gospel from the Gentiles...Isaiah 60: 16: Thou shalt also suck the milk of the Gentiles, and shalt suck the breast of kings: and thou shalt know that I the LORD am thy Saviour and thy Redeemer, the mighty One of Jacob.
This is the way the Church in
general views the 7yrs of tribulation.
The Rapture
then the 7 yrs of tribulation
begins.
It is commonly believed that the Rapture will occur followed by the 7years of tribulation. It is also believed that the Seven Seals and Seven Trumpets will occur during the first half of the seven years. Israel will be invaded and Satan cast down at the middle. God will then pour out his wrath upon the whole earth during the last 3 1/2 years of the tribulation. Finally it will all end at Armageddon at the seventh Vial of Wrath.
One of the things that I believe about the Trumpets and Vials of Wrath is that the Seven Trumpets and Seven Vials of wrath are the same events shown from different aspects. I believe that both of these begin at the middle of Daniel’s seventieth week, commonly called the Seven years of Tribulation.
A one-volume commentary on the Bible by Jamieson, Fausset & Brown,
which was highly recommended by Charles Spurgeon, helped to confirm my view on this. JFB is the standard conservative-evangelical work that was published sometime around 1871. In their Commentary they made this statement of which I believe to be the truth: “Thus, it appears, the seven seals, the seven trumpets, and the seven vials, are not consecutive, but parallel, and ending in the same consummation. They present the unfolding of God's plans for bringing about the grand end under three different aspects, mutually complementing each other.”
Matthew 24:6-29 plainly forms a perfect parallelism to the six seals, not only in the events, but also in the order of their occurrence: Matthew 24:3 Jesus is answering the questions asked in this verse. The seals are then revealed as follows:
The first seal; Matthew 24:6
The second seal; Matthew 24:7
The third seal; The last part of verse 7
The fourth seal; begins with Matthew 24:9
The fifth seal also begins with Matthew 24:9 but speaks of the death of the Saints and the persecutions and abounding iniquity under which, as well as consequent judgments accompanied with gospel preaching to all nations as a witness, are particularly detailed.
The sixth seal Matthew 24:9-28; Matthew 24:29:
The seventh seal contains the seven trumpets. When the seventh trumpet ends it completes the seventh seal. The seventh trumpet is the coming of Christ.
Their view only goes to Matthew 24:29 because they are speaking specifically about the signs of his coming. His actual coming is found in Matthew 24:30-31 which runs parallel with the Seventh Seal as well.
The Rapture occurs at the beginning of the sounding of the 7th trumpet. We will go up to the marriage supper of the lamb and return at the end of the sounding for Armageddon.
Armageddon will occur at the 7th Seal, at the 7th Trumpet, and the 7th Vial of Wrath. How can this be?
We will try to show you.
The First Four Seals are the complete ride of the
Anti-Christ
1. The White horse of Peace. 2. The Red horse of War. 3. The Black horse of Famine. 4. The Pale horse of Death.
It is important to notice that the Antichrist only rides four horses. This is his whole ride. He is only given power over a fourth part of the Earth. He will ride the white, red and black horse in the first three seals. It is from the middle of Tribulation that he rides the pale horse. He will ride this from the middle to the Battle of Armageddon. The seven-headed beast we see in the 13th chapter of Revelation is the same and is the beginning of his ride on the Pale horse. The 5th and 6th and 7th seals are events that will occur during the Antichrist's last ride on the Pale horse of Death.
The Martyred Dead
5. The fifth Seal reveals the people that he will kill. They have been chosen of God for this purpose. To be a witness to the Antichrist and the horrible people that serves him. The 144,000 are part of this group. They will be killed from the time the Antichrist gains his power in the fourth Seal. The next seal is given as an answer to comfort their hearts and to let us know that this will not go unpunished. These people will include all of the righteous dead who are killed during the last 3 1/2 years of the tribulation.
The Rapture back to back with Armageddon
6. The Sixth Seal reveals the moments before the return of Christ at Armageddon. It will begin with an earthquake caused by the Rapture of the Church. This earthquake is the great earthquake and will cause mountains to fall and islands to disappear in the sea. Then the Sun and the Moon will be darkened. The Stars will fall from heaven. The heavens will depart like a scroll. Then Jesus will appear to all men, striking terror in the hearts of the people who have killed the Christians in the fifth seal. God wanted us to see how these people are going to feel at his appearing.
His Return at Armageddon
7. The Seventh Seal contains what is called the “seven trumpets”. These seven trumpets cover the last three and ½ years of the Tribulation period. It will not be complete until the seventh trumpet occurs. The seventh trumpet is the Rapture being finished with the coming of Christ to take charge of the Earth. When this event occurs the seventh seal will be complete. What I mean to say by this is; that the end happens during the seventh seal fulfilled at the end by the seventh trumpet. Since the seventh trumpet is included in the seventh seal, the seventh seal isn't over until the seventh trumpet is finished. The beginning of this seal shows thirty minutes of silence in Heaven. This silence shows the gravity and sincerity of the moment because when the trumpets begin it will be to bring vengeance on God’s enemies during the last 3 and ½ years. The only part of the seventh seal that actually follows the events in the sixth seal is the seventh trumpet itself. All of the rest happen over a period of the last 3 and ½ years.
God's Step by Step Wrath on the Antichrist
The Seven Trumpets is God's step by step wrath on the Antichrist. Each one of the events that occur will be as a sounding trumpet to the rest of the World to repent and accept Jesus as their savior. These will occur during the last 3 ½ years of the Tribulation during the 4th Seal. It is a response for the murdering of God’s people by the Antichrist. At the beginning of the sounding of the seventh trumpet Christ will rapture the Church. During the sounding of this trumpet the marriage supper will take place. This trumpet will end at the battle of Armageddon.
The Seven Vials of Wrath (the other side of the story)
The Seven Vials of Wrath are another look at the Seven Trumpets. The Seven Trumpets and the Seven Vials of Wrath are one and the same. When you put them together you will realize that there will only be seven events not fourteen. These Seven Vials of Wrath will be God's punishment on the Antichrist and his people. This is why they cannot repent. These events will act as a trumpet to rest of the World to repent and accept Jesus as their Savior.
This is what the Seven-Year Tribulation will really look like
THE FIRST SEAL
Revelation 6:1-2:
And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer
Every Bible teacher knows that the rider on this horse is the Antichrist. The horse he is on is the white horse of peace. One of the teachings that seems to captivate people's minds is this: the teaching that the Antichrist will be the solution to all the world's problems; that he will be a world leader in technology; that he will form a one world government, and bring a plan for world peace. He will later betray everyone, and make everyone take the mark of the beast. All of these teachings are false, and have no scriptural soundness.
Daniel 9:27: And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall
be poured upon the desolate.
This is not a covenant that he invents himself. It says that he confirms the covenant with many for one week. The covenant he confirms is already in existence, he simply agrees to it. He signs a treaty with Israel that agrees with a covenant that they have already made with someone else. He is not the leader of world peace or the man with all the solutions to the world's problems.
THE SECOND SEAL
In the second seal we will see his rise to more power, as he tries to
form a United Islamic people. Saudi Arabia is one of the few countries in
the Middle East that happen to be one of our allies. They are not one of
Israel's allies, but, for being one of our allies, the other Islamic
countries see her as an enemy, just like Israel, or the United States.
Egypt is also hated because they signed the first peace agreement with
Israel in the Middle East, acknowledging Israel as a nation.
Revelation 6:3-4: And when he had opened the second seal, I heard
the second beast say, Come and see. And there went out another horse that
was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from
the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto
him a great sword.
The rider in this scripture is the same man. He is the Antichrist, only
he has changed horses. He is also given a great sword. The red horse he
rides is the horse of war. This horse is also sent from God, and the
Antichrist takes advantage of it, and uses it to increase his kingdom. At
this point, Satan begins to work hand in hand with this person.
THE THIRD SEAL
In the third seal, announced by the face of a man, we see his further
rise to power.
Revelation 6:5-6: And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the
third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo, a black horse; and he
that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in
the midst of the four beasts say, a measure of wheat for a penny and three
measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the
wine.
The black horse in this seal is the horse of famine. Food becomes an
issue in the Middle East. The rider on this horse is also the Antichrist.
He will use this famine to rise even higher among the Muslim people. He
will become a very terrible power under this seal, and will gain much
support from the nations who begin to think that he is more than a man. By
the end of this third seal he will invade Israel and declare that he is
the Messiah.
THE FOURTH SEAL
Then, the fourth seal begins. This seal tells us what happens to the
Antichrist during the last three and one half years of the tribulation. We
will get further enlightenment from Revelation 13, Daniel 11, and
Revelation 19. The Eagle announces the fourth seal.
This seal begins at Revelation 6:8: And I looked, and behold a
pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with
him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of
the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with
death, and with the beasts of the earth.
This verse tells us several things about the Antichrist. He is the
rider on the pale horse. He has changed horses again, and will ride this
horse to his own destruction at Armageddon. He will bring death to those
who oppose him, and all those who are joined to him. He does not ride any
more horses after this. This is his last horse.
It changes in this scripture from him to them. They are
given power over a fourth part of the earth. This is talking about the ten
nations who are allied with him. During this last three and one half years
all the power he is ever given is one-fourth part of the earth.
In Revelation 13:7-8, it tells us that he is given power over all
the nations, kindreds, and tongues. This means that all that dwell on
the earth that do not worship him will be killed. This is simply saying
that he will not spare anyone. No matter what your nationality happens to
be, He will have no mercy. Every person in the fourth part of the earth
that he conquers will be forced to take the mark of the beast and worship
him, or be killed. He kills in four ways, the sword, hunger, death and the
beasts of the earth. The sword is his military might. To kill with hunger
means that if you don't follow him, you don't eat. Death is speaking of
the mark of the beast, you die either way, if you take it you die
spiritually if you don't you will either starve or have your head cut off.
The beasts of the earth is simply describing the men who are in charge of
all this killing. Just as God calls him a beast, those that do his bidding
are called beasts as well. According to scripture Israel will escape to a
land that God has prepared for her, from the face of the Serpent or
Dragon.
He will not have power over these people who escape to safety. In
Daniel 11:41, it says, "but these shall escape out of his hand, even
Edom, and Moab, and the chief of the children of Ammon." He fights
wars till the coming of Jesus Christ. He will have to conquer in order to
enforce the mark, but he does not conquer all. It has to mean only in his
kingdom, the fourth part of the earth.
THE FIFTH SEAL
Revelation 6:9-11: And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw
under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and
for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice,
saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge
our blood on them that dwell on the earth?. And white robes were given
unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest
yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their
brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.
These scriptures in the fifth seal are talking about the martyred dead.
These souls are reminding God of the great price that they have paid for
him. They have paid with their lives. Love could be no greater than this.
Although these souls are asking the Lord how long will it be until He
avenges their deaths, we know that it is symbolic, an allegory. It reveals
something very special to God. No true Christian would ever ask God to
bring vengeance on anyone. This is simply because God's love has taught us
to pray for them instead.
These souls under the altar represent all the righteous dead that have
ever given their lives for God. These souls are people who have paid the
ultimate price for their faith in God. The altar that these souls are
under is a sacrificial altar, just like the one that was used in the
tabernacle to burn sacrifices to God. When a sacrifice was burned up the
ashes fell into the bottom of the altar. Ashes were all that was left once
the sacrifice was burned up. The martyred dead in this seal went trough
the fiery trial of tribulation losing their lives for Christ sake. This is
why God is showing the souls under the altar. These people gave up their
lives, their bodies, as a sacrifice to God, only leaving their souls.
God showed us this in this manner because He wanted us to see that they
had made the ultimate sacrifice for their faith in God. They gave up their
lives on this earth. There are no souls in heaven without bodies. Paul
said that we would receive a heavenly body in heaven. There are no
disembodied spirits floating around, other than Satan's demons, and they
are constantly trying to get into you or me.
From the middle of the tribulation, which occurs during the third seal,
the Antichrist will begin to murder millions of Christians and Jews. This
will be his passion, to kill as many of God's people as he can. This is
why the souls in the fifth seal are reminding God about His word. It is
all symbolism showing us that there will be a time that God will remember
all His children that have died for him in the past. He has been saving
his wrath for a special time of vengeance.
THE SIXTH SEAL
The sixth seal is the same event as Matthew 24:29-31. The earthquake
that happens at the beginning of the sixth seal is the rapture of the
Church. After this large earthquake the sun will be darkened the moon will
turn to blood and the stars will fall from heaven. Other events will
happen as well, such as hailstones weighing as much as 100lbs, according
to the seventh trumpet and vial of wrath. The marriage supper of the Lamb
will take place during this time. This will be followed by the actual
coming of Christ at the end for the battle of Armageddon. Every eye shall
see him then. Let's compare the scriptures in Matthew with the sixth seal
in Revelation.
Matthew 24:29-31: Immediately after the tribulation of those days
shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,
and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the
heavens shall be shaken: And then shall appear the sign of the Son
of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth
mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven
with power and great glory, And he shall send his angels with a great
sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four
winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
Now let's compare these scriptures with the ones containing the sixth
seal in Revelation 6:12-17.
Revelation 6:12-17. And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal,
and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became
black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as
blood; And the stars of heaven fellunto the earth,
even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a
mighty wind, And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is
rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their
places. And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men,
and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every
free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains.
And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the
face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the
Lamb; For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to
stand?
Now let us compare these scriptures piece by piece. Matthew 24:29 said
the sun would be darkened. It's the same as Revelation 6:12, which says
that the sun would become black as sackcloth of hair. It's the same
thing.
It says in Matthew 24:29 that the moon would not give her light. In
Revelation 6:12 it says that the moon would become as blood. This is why
the moon can not give her light. It has become as blood. Once again it is
the same thing.
It says in Matthew 24:29 that "the stars would fall from heaven." In
Revelation 6:13 it says, "the stars fell from heaven" like a fig tree. One
verse says that the stars would fall from heaven the other the stars fell
from heaven, but it means the same thing.
In Matthew 24:29-30 tells us that the powers of Heaven would be shaken
and that the sign of the coming of the Son of Man would appear in the
heavens. Revelation 6:14 says that heaven departed as a scroll when it
is rolled together. The power of heaven being shaken and heaven
rolling up like a scroll together make up the sign of the coming of the
Son of Man.
Matthew 24:30 says that all the tribes of the earth would mourn, and
they would see the son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power
and great glory. Revelation 6:15-16 shows the kings of the earth, the
great men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman,
and every free man, hide themselves in dens and in the rocks of the
mountains. This shows all the tribes of the earth in mourning. They are
mourning all right but it is for their own selves. They are asking the
mountains and rocks to fall on them, and to hide them from the face of him
that is sitting on the throne. Why are they so afraid? It because they see
the Son of Man coming in the clouds with power and great glory. Once again
you can clearly see that these scriptures are the same events.
THE SEVENTH SEAL
The Seventh Seal is found in Revelation 8:1 where in the first verse we see John describe a thirty minute period of silence in heaven. The thirty minutes
of silence describes the gravity that heaven feels as God pours out his wrath on his enemies. All three sevens: the seals, trumpets and vials of wrath end in the same time frame. All include the end of the tribulation. The trumpets in this seal are a one-sided look at the seven times that God pours out his wrath on the nations of the Antichrist. The only part of the seventh seal that actually follows the events in the sixth seal is the seventh trumpet itself. All of the rest happen over a period of the last 3 and ½ years.
THE SEVEN TRUMPETS AND VIALS OF
WRATH
The Seven Trumpets and Vials of Wrath are the same events. Looking at
them from two different perspectives give us a better picture of what is
taking place. These events will begin after the Antichrist begins to
murder Christians and Jews at the beginning of the fourth seal. This is
God’s response to the evil people who are willing to follow the Antichrist
and to take his mark. The fourth seal is the seal that he begins to
enforce the mark of the beast.
The reason these judgments of wrath are called Trumpets and vials is
because of the way God will use them. His reason for this is because these
events are acts of wrath on the Antichrist and his people just as God did
with Pharaoh in Egypt. And because these events will act as a trumpet to
warn the rest of the world that Christ will be coming soon.
Revelation 8:7: The first angel sounded, and there
followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were
cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all
green grass was burnt up.
Revelation 16:2: And the first went, and poured out
his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and
grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast. and upon them
which worshipped his image.
These two scriptures are the same event. It is God's wrath on the
anti-Christ for killing Christians and Jews. This hail and fire mingled
with blood falls on the nations of the Antichrist, not the whole world. It
will destroy a third part of his trees and green grass. All that falls is
hail and fire. But, it becomes mingled with the blood of the people who
take the mark of the beast. It causes very grievous sores on their
bodies.
It says A noisome and grievous sore. The burns that they receive
from this burning hail cause these sores. This event warns the rest of the
world to repent it will become a warning like a trumpet to declare that
the end is near.
Revelation 8:8-9: And the second angel sounded, and
as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the
sea: and the third part of the sea became blood; and
the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died;
and the third part of the ships were destroyed.
Revelation 16:3: And the second angel poured out his
vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a
dead man; and every living soul died in the sea.
The number one question is what sea? It will be one of the seas around
the Middle East. It also says that it would be as it were a
great mountain burning with fire cast into the sea. Once again, God pours
out His wrath on the anti-Christ.
I believe that this event occurs during a battle at sea. Two-thirds of
the ships that are in this sea belong to the people of Chittim (the United
States and her allies). The third part of the ships that are destroyed in
this sea belongs to the anti-Christ and his nations. The Bible says that
it is like a great mountain burning with fire being cast into the sea.
This sounds like a small nuclear blast to me. It will destroy every ship,
and every person in those ships, who belong to the Antichrist.
It is possible that they, themselves, try to use a nuclear missile on
the ships of Chittim, but it backfires. At any rate, the blood in the sea
is from these people whom God destroys. This event becomes the second
trumpet of God, to warn the lost in the world to repent, and turn to God.
Preachers will be using these events to sound a warning of evidence that
Jesus is coming soon. The Gospel is being preached all over the world.
Israel is being saved, and is in the land that God prepared for her, out
of harm's way.
Revelation 8:10-11: And the third angel sounded, and
there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it
fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon thefountains of waters; and the name of the star is called
Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men
died of the waters, because they were made bitter.
Revelation 16:4-6: And the third angel pouredout his
vial upon the rivers and fountains of waters;
and they became blood. And I heard the angel of the waters
say, "Thou are righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be,
because thou hast judged thus. For they have shed the blood of saints and
prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are
worthy."
This great star from heaven is an angel, the one with the third vial of
wrath. He is full of indignation and wrath, symbolized by the fire. The
name wormwood means God's bitter wrath.
This event is probably brought on by the two witnesses of Revelation
11:6. These two witnesses have power with God, to turn water into blood.
God gives the Antichrist and his people blood to drink, because they have
been killing His people. Many of the people of the Antichrist die because
of this. Blood will cause the waters to become bitter and poison. If you
drink it, you will die. You might be able to drink blood and live, but
this blood is out in the heat of the sun, and becomes rancid. A stench of
blood! The angel says that these people deserve it. Another thought to
consider is that where will they get drinking water? You must have water
in order to live you cannot substitute water with blood. This event is the
third trumpet, or warning, from God. God is merciful to give mankind so
many signs of His coming. In these same scriptures, it shows us that the
rapture has not taken place yet.
Revelation 16:5: Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be.
The Gospel is being preached all over the world. Three more to
go!
Revelation 8:12: And the fourth angel sounded, and
the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and
the third part of the stars; so as the third part of them wasdarkened, and the day shone not for a third part of it, and the
night likewise.
Revelation 16:8-9: And the fourth angel poured out
his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to
scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat,
and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and
they repented not to give him glory.
This seems to be contradictory, but if we stop and think for a minute,
we will see that this is very possible. The trumpets show this as a curse
of darkness, and the vials of wrath as a curse of daylight. This seems to
be impossible, but if the earth was to stop moving, or rotating, it is
very possible.
In the Old Testament, God caused this to happen in two different
instances. And, this is what occurs. God stops the earth for a period of
time. The sun will be shining over the Antichrist and his people. The
night is what cools the day, but without any darkness in that part of the
world, it will become increasingly hot!
In the western part of the world, it will be dark for as long as this
period lasts. This will cause this part of the world to become extremely
cool; causing clouds that blot out the stars and the moon. Part of the
earth will experience twilight, neither day nor night, for this period of
time. This event will scare people out of their wits! The newscasters will
be going wild trying to explain why the earth isn't turning; weather
forecasting will be chaotic.
It is a good thing we have a lot of empty churches in America, because
the following Sunday morning, every; church in America is going to be
packed! This event becomes the fourth warning to the world to repent, but
the people of the Antichrist will not. God is saving a multitude of
nations, just as He promised Abraham! The wisdom of God goes beyond our
wildest imaginations!
Revelation 8:13:
And I beheld, and heard an angel flying through the midst of heaven,
saying with a loud voice, Woe, woe, woe, to the inhabitants of the earth
by reason of the other voices of the trumpet of the three angels, which
are yet to sound!
Revelation 9:1-11:
And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a
star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the
bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a
smoke out of the pit. And there came out of the smoke locusts upon
the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth
have power. And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass
of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only
those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. And
to them, it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should
be tormented five months; and their torment was as the torment of a
scorpion, when he striketh a man. And in those days shall men seek death,
and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from
them. And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto
battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their
faces were as the faces of men. And they had hair as the hair of women,
and their teeth were as the teeth of lions. And they had breastplates, as
it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as
the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle. And they had tails
like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails; and their
power was to hurt men five months. And they had a king over them,
which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue
is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
Revelations 16:10-11: And the fifth angel poured out
his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was
full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for
pain, and blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and
their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
The angel in Revelation 9:1 that falls from heaven unto the earth is
shown as a star that falls to the earth. This angel opens the bottomless
pit, releasing a horrible smoke. This smoke fills the land
of the Antichrist, causing a plague of darkness.
The locusts that come out of this pit are not helicopters, as many
would suppose. If they were, they would kill people, but they do not kill
anyone. They only torment. They cause great pain and sores from their
stings on the people of the Antichrist; they do not harm anyone else.
This is the fifth trumpet, and warning, to the rest of the world to
repent, and accept Jesus as their Savior. The Gospel is being preached in
frenzy, and millions of people are being saved! Two more to
go!
Revelation 9:13-21: And the sixth angel sounded, and
I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before
God, Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four
angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates. And the
four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a
month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men. And the number of
the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard
the number of them. And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that
sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone:
and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their
mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone. By these three was the third
part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone,
which issued out of their mouths. For their power is in their mouth, and
in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads,
and with them they do hurt. And the rest of the men which were not killed
by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they
should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and
stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: Neither
repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their
fornication, nor of their thefts.
Revelation 16:12-16: And the sixth angel poured out
his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water
thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be
prepared. And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of
the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the
mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working
miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole
world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his
garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. And he gathered
them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
This is the sixth trumpet. If you do not accept Jesus at this
trumpet, you will not be taken in the rapture of the Church. If you wait
for the seventh trumpet, and are not killed, you will not receive a new
body until after the thousand-year reign of Christ. This seal is the
gathering of the nations to Armageddon. There will be fierce fighting
among the good nations and the bad nations. A third of the people of the
Antichrist will be killed in this struggle. A horrible loss of life will
be on both sides.
Four angels are released from the river Euphrates, and cause the river
to dry up. This makes way for the Chinese army, who comes to help the
anti-Christ destroy the United States and her allies, who have been pushed
back into southern Israel, by the Antichrist nations.
Two hundred million people from the Far East come to help the
Antichrist fight his enemies. The situation looks desperate! The three
spirits, like frogs, that come out of the mouth of the anti-Christ, the
dragon, and the false prophet, are the lies they tell to the other nations
that they are hoping will come to their support. The situation looks bad,
but God is getting ready to do something that will change it!
I want you to notice in Revelation 16:15:
Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his
garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
This is the sixth warning from God. There will be no more.
The next events to happen will be the coming of the lord to rapture the
church, the marriage supper of the Lamb followed immediately with the
Battle of Armageddon. All three of these events will happen in a very
short time frame.
Revelation 11:14-19: The second woe is past; and, behold, the third
woe cometh quickly. And the seventh angel sounded; and there were
great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the
kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ; And He shall reign for ever and
ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats,
fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O
Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast
taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations
were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they
should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants
the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and
great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the
temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the
ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and
thunderings, and an earthquake, and great
hail.
Revelation 16:17-21: And the seventh angel poured out
his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of
heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there
were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great
earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth,
so mighty an earthquake, and so great. And the great city was divided into
three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in
remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the
fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains
were not found. And there fell upon men a great hail out of
heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God
because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding
great.
Revelation 10:7: But in the days of the voice of the seventh
angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be
finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
If, now, you are having a problem believing that the trumpets and vials
of wrath are the same events, then we need to pray. There is no way in the
world, that all of these events could be coincidental. The Church is
raptured at this point!
The vials of wrath are the same events as the trumpets. It is just the
purpose for which it happens that makes the difference. The beginning of
the sounding of the seventh trumpet is actually the rapture itself. God
lifts the Church off the earth while the seventh vial of wrath is poured
out.
Revelation 16:17: And the seventh angel poured out his vial into
the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven saying,
IT IS DONE.
At that moment the Church is raptured.
This is the same event as Revelation 14:14-16: And I looked, and
behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man,
having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle. And
another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that
sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for
thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe. And he that sat on the
cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.
God lifts the Church off the earth so that they will not be here when
the next events take place.
Revelation 16:18-21: And there were voices, and thunders, and
lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was
not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake,
and so great. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the
cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before
God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone
about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague
of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
Many people die in this earthquake, but not everyone, because there
will be millions gathered at this time in the valley of Megido to fight.
But, this will be the first time wrath falls on all the nations of the
world, upon the very wicked. Many of the wicked die from the earthquake
and hail that falls on the earth.
Revelation 11:13: And the same hour was there a great
earthquake, and the tenth part of the city fell and in the
earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were
affrighted and gave glory to the God of heaven.
The city we are looking at in this scripture is Jerusalem. We know this
because Revelation 11:8 says that this is the place where our Lord was
crucified.
This is the same earthquake and city as Revelation 16:19: and the
great city was divided in three parts.
The earthquake divides the city and a tenth of the city falls, killing
seven thousand people. The remnant or the people who survive this
earthquake are Gentiles, who will probably get saved during this event.
But sadly they missed the rapture of the Church. But, at least they will
be spared at the judgment seat of Christ. These people will probably be
allied soldiers fighting for Israel.
In Revelation 11:2, it says that the Gentiles will occupy Jerusalem
during the last three and one half years. Remember where the Jews are?
They went to America to be fed for three and one half years away from the
face of the Antichrist. They have just been raptured with the rest of the
Church. They have also just completed their calling and that was to preach
the Gospel to the world.
The rapture causes this earthquake. This will happen at the same moment
the two witnesses are raptured after being killed by the Antichrist.
There is only one first resurrection
Paul also told us in I Corinthians 15:52: In a moment, in the
twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the
trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,
and we shall be changed.
This last trumpet that Paul is talking about is the seventh trumpet of
the seventh seal. I can see why a lot of people believe that the rapture
takes place before the seven years tribulation. But knowing the trumpets
and vials of wrath are one and the same sets this in order.
The great quake (Isaiah 13:13) happens at the moment of the rapture,
and while we (the Church) are eating the Marriage Supper of the Lamb in
Heaven, hail stones weighing one hundred pounds each begin to fall on the
wicked nations, and the wicked in the other nations. God is purifying the
earth of His enemies!
Listen to this real carefully because this should open a lot of eyes to
the truth. In speaking more about the great earthquake that happens at the
time of the Rapture of the Church. We see this earthquake in the
Sixth Seal found in Rev. 6th chapter. The
12th verse speaks of this same great earthquake. In verse 14 it
says this: and every mountain and island were moved out of their
places. In the Seventh vial of wrath found in Rev.
16th chapter we see it this earthquake again in verse 18
described as the worst earthquake that has ever occurred on earth. In
verse 20 of this chapter says this: And every island fled away, and
the mountains were not found. In both places we see every mountain
and island in the world being destroyed. Question? If these two
earthquakes are not the same earthquake, how many times is God going to
destroy the mountains and islands during the last seven years? Is He going
to rebuild them and then destroy them again?
The next thing to occur after the Rapture and marriage supper is the
Battle of Armageddon. Which will happen very quickly from the time the
Church is raptured.
Revelation 14:17-20: And another angel came out of the temple which
is in heaven, he also having a sharp sickle. And another angel came out
from the altar, which had power over fire; and cried with a loud cry to
him that had the sharp sickle, saying, Thrust in thy sharp sickle, and
gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; for her grapes are fully
ripe. And the angel thrust in his sickle into the earth, and gathered the
vine of the earth, and cast it into the great winepress of the wrath of
God. And the winepress was trodden without the city, [Jerusalem], and
blood came out of the winepress, even unto the horse bridles, by the space
of a thousand and six hundred furlongs. [Two hundred miles]
This is the battle of Armageddon. The winepress and the battle of
Armageddon are the same thing. I think that it is interesting to know that
Goliath, in the Old Testament, was a shadow of this. His name meant
exile, and the place he was from, Gath, meant
winepress.
Revelation 19:19: And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth,
and their armies, gathered together to make war against him that sat on
the horse, and against his army."
After eating the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, we will come back, with
Jesus, to fight the Antichrist and his armies.
Revelation 19:14-15: And the armies which were in heaven followed
him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of
his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations:
and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress
of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God."
Revelation 6:17: For the great day of his wrath is come: and who
shall be able to stand.
Revelation 19:20-21: And the beast was taken, and with him the false
prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that
had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image.
These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. And
the remnant were slain with the sword of him that sat upon the horse,
which sword proceeded out of his mouth: and all the fowls were filled with
their flesh.
Another thing to consider concerning the rapture of the Church is
this.
Revelation 20: 4: And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and
judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were
beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had
not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark
upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned
with Christ a thousand years. 5: But the rest of the dead lived not
again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first
resurrection.
Notice that those who were beheaded during the tribulation are included
in the first resurrection. Paul said that the dead in Christ would
rise first and we which, are alive and remain, shall be caught up
together with them. The Rapture is the resurrection of the dead. If this
occurred before the tribulation how did those saints who refused to take
the mark during the tribulation end up in the first resurrection. The
answer is that the Rapture occurs at the end of the tribulation instead of
at the beginning.
